How long does it typically take to get started?

We can have you up and running in a day or two! We know time is limited so we make the rollout process simple. We load your reports, set-up your sites and provide you access to the Dashboard Advantage App. Your entire team can have efficiency in their hands in hours not weeks.

Do you have an App? We don’t always have WiFi service.

Yes, the Dashboard Advantage App allows you to complete reports, upload photos and complete your work without any internet access. Once you are back in range, we’ll send the report for you.

What type of tablets and mobile phone are compatible with Dashboard Advantage App?

Our platform is compatible with any device. The Dashboard Advantage App is compatible with any Android, iOS or Windows platform.

Can I make changes to my reports myself? What happens if we change personnel?

We provide our customers with the ability to customize their reports, add locations, change personnel, email addresses and passwords. We know your business changes quickly and want to provide you with the flexibility you need to adapt.

Can we add our company logo to your reporting tool?

Certainly, your site will be branded with your logo and company name.

Is my site protected?

Each customer has a dedicated site which is password protected. Since you control the passwords, you can ensure your site is accessible only by those you authorize. Your privacy is important to us. We will never share your work data with other companies or personnel without your permission.

Once you complete a report, when will it be available for viewing?

Any completed report is available for immediate viewing by an authorized user. No more handing in paper or emailing reports to your manager. We do that for you!

Do we have to host the software on our server?

Dashboard Advantage is a fully hosted solution (SaaS). No IT worries on your end.
